7-Hour Workshop
Date: Saturday, June 28th
Time: 10am-5pm
Description: Enameling is a method of bonding glass to metal. It is a wonderful way to add color and vibrancy to your creations. In this class, we’ll be going one step further and exploring mark making and drawing on enameled surfaces. We will cover the different ways to prepare the drawing surfaces, go over what products will work to create your illustrations (and which ones won’t), and discuss finishing touches. This is great for 2D artists looking to put their artwork on jewelry or anyone looking to make their enameled pieces stand out. Not confident in drawing? That’s okay! Andrew will show step-by-step embellishment techniques that will convince others that you’re a capable illustrator.
