Do tickets include hotel room?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately hotel rooms are not included in ticket pricing.  Do mention that you are with the Dragon Riders Weekend.

Are there accommodations for all activities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will have accommodations for all activities and food.   If you have specific food or other needs, contact us and we will work to make sure you have a great time.

Question 3

How do we get from the airport to the Crescent?

Accepted Answer

The trip takes approximately 75 to 90 minutes to get from the airport (XNA) to the Crescent.  Contact us, and we may be able to do a group pickup depending on when you fly in.  It would be $25 a person.

Are the Roads Hilly?

Yes, if you get a hint of motion sickness...take care of yourself and whatever you use for motion sickness, take it when you arrive in Northwest Arkansas.

How Cold is it?

We would prepare for cold and wind.  If you are not used to the cold please watch the weather a few days before you leave to make sure you have the needed items to keep you warm.  If you arrive and its colder than anticipated, there is a Walmart on the way out to the hotel.
