Six of Downtown San José’s best bartenders will face off in a high-energy cocktail competition where creativity, skill, and speed go head-to-head. Each round challenges competitors to craft signature cocktails under pressure — using classic bar tools, curated ingredients, and a few surprises from the mystery box.
Guests can sip along as competitors mix, shake, and pour — then vote for their favorite drink of the night in the Fan Favorite category.

- Small samples of each competitor’s featured cocktails
- Raffle entry for a prize pack
- Eligibility to vote for the Fan Favorite award
