Join us for a festive celebration of Día de los Muertos at Esplanade Park! This family-friendly event invites the local community to honor a centuries-old Mexican tradition through an afternoon and evening of culture, color, and celebration.
Enjoy face painting, authentic food vendors, arts & crafts, traditional cultural vendors, and festive beverages throughout the park.
The highlight of the evening is the Day of the Dead Stroll—a processional along the scenic Riverwalk, featuring elaborate costumes, painted faces and lively spirits. The stroll begins and ends at Esplanade Park, where festivities continue until 8:00 PM.
But the celebration doesn’t stop there! Head over to SW 3rd Avenue and Revolution Live for the Downtown Day of the Dead Block Party, where music, dancing, and drinks will keep the party going late into the night.
Admission is free and open to the public. More information is available at GoRiverwalk.com/dotd.
