Learn step-by-step urine collection procedures following 49 CFR Part 40 (DOT regulations).
Understand how to handle “problem” collections: shy bladder, tampering, refusals, temperature issues, etc.
Complete 5 monitored mock collections — required to demonstrate proficiency.
