What Participants Will Learn
This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed for anyone who wants to make perfect dosas at home. Participants will learn how to:
- Season and maintain a cast-iron pan
- Test for the right heat level before pouring batter
- Spread dosa batter evenly for thin, crispy results
- Flip and plate dosas without breaking them
- Serve dosas with chutneys and sambar
- Troubleshoot common issues (stickiness, cracks, uneven browning)
Everyone will get to make their own dosa and enjoy freshly prepared dosas served with chutneys and sambar.
Take-Home Option & Subscription
Participants will also have the option to purchase freshly made dosa batter at the workshop and sign up for Mommy’s Planet’s Dosa Batter Subscription — a convenient way to enjoy authentic South Indian dosas at home every week.
This is a great opportunity for attendees to continue practicing what they learn in class and bring the dosa experience into their own kitchen.
