Dopamine Reset is a 3-day Immersive Retreat designed to help you step away from constant stimulation, digital overload, and dopamine-driven habits—so you can reconnect with clarity, presence, and embodied balance. Guided by Mindful Masha and supported by Camp Bum’s nature-based practices, this experience creates a powerful container for reflection, movement, and meaningful connection that follows the FREE Online Dopamine Reset Challenge.
The retreat location will be intentionally selected and revealed closer to the event date, ensuring a setting that best supports deep presence, flow, and restoration. Rather than focusing on where you’re going, this retreat centers on how you feel, release, and realign.
Through yoga, ecstatic dance, sound healing, meditation, journaling, mindful movement, and guided nature immersion—including beginner-friendly bouldering—you’ll interrupt habitual dopamine loops and create space for a more grounded, intentional way of living.
