Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries in older adults. Falls threaten safety and independence and can come with enormous financial and personal costs. HOWEVER, falling is not an inevitable result of aging. Through practical lifestyle adjustments, you can greatly reduce your risk of falling.
This workshop will help participants:

● · Discover factors that contribute to falls to reduce risks.
