About this event

Event Overview

Many people ask only those they trust for the insights they need to launch new products. They ask friends, family, and, especially, mom! Conducting consumer research and validating your products by staying within your familiar, friendly network is insufficient. It's a recipe for product failure because you're more likely to hear only the good and not the reality. Join HCDC on Wednesday, October 20th for a FREE Virtual Conversation on How to Conduct Customer Research the right way! By attending "Don't Ask Mom: How to Validate Your Idea" you'll walk away with actionable insights that can be put to use for your business immediately. The session is from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm on Zoom.

What You'll Take Away

HCDC is working with Kelly Berry, an expert market researcher to help you make better product development decisions. Kelly will tell you that you should just ask mom for her opinion. She'll equip you with tips on how to conduct primary and secondary research with your customers. Plus, she'll talk about how to test your hypotheses with the right questions and discussion. You'll walk away far more capable at being able to continuously discover your customers' needs, a critical skill for any business, regardless of size.
