Donation-Based Sound Bath

Join Nazli at the St. Andrews by-the-sea church for a deeply restorative and meditative sound bath. This church has amazing acoustics, and the sound sounds amazing in here!

You will be guided to lay down to reset the entire system through the magical sounds of crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and more.

Please bring:

Yoga mat to lay on (the church has a few to borrow too!)

Any props that will make laying more comfortable for you

Layers, blanket, socks, etc to get cozy (body temperature drops during sound baths)

Water

Optional: eye pillow, your favorite crystal, journal, etc...

Donations are appreciated, and cash is preferred! Venmo is an option too.

All are welcome, bring whoever can use this. I will be closing the doors at 4:05pm, so please make sure to give yourself time to park and arrive!
