Kundalini Yoga is a multifaceted spiritual practice using conscious breathing techniques, repetitive exercises, and sound to make a moving meditation. No previous experience is required. This is an all levels practice. Bring water, blanket/mat, and cushion of some kind for meditation.

We meet in pavilion parking lot in the field opposite the beach.
