Soul\Neo-Soul Band Members Needed for Branded Cover Gig (Touring): Presented By BP Studios.

• Drums (Requires a drummer with excellent feel, often focused on subtle syncopation)
• Electric Bass (Must be able to play deep, complex, and sometimes slinky groove lines)
• Keyboards / Piano (Must be proficient in playing electric piano sounds like Fender Rhodes/Wurlitzer, as well as organ and acoustic piano)
• Electric Guitar (Need a player who can handle both clean, sparse chord voicings and subtle effects/textures)
• Violin - Cello
• Background Vocalist 1 (Soprano/Alto)
• Background Vocalist 2 (Alto/Tenor)

You're auditioning for a Dallas reseidency cover show for the artist DOM. There will be touring opportunities. Her artistic influences range from Soul artists of the 50's\60's\70's, neo-soul artists of the 90's-2000's, RnB, Cumbia and Merengue. We will only cover Soul\RnB\Neo-Soul artists. This may transform into performing the artists songs within the next 12-24 months.

Artists are contracted I-9 employees and are paid 48 hours after a gig.

This is the FIRST of 2 auditions and regular practices after selection. For this particular phase we only want to see electric guitarists, background vocalists 1&2, violinists\celloists. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can fill out an intake form. Bring headshots if you have them (not having them does not keep you from auditioning). Participants must register by sending a recorded performance to bpstudios.op@gmail.com with your name and instrument as the subject line.

Once band memembers are chosen and trained, we will be traveling to Dallas to pitch the show, as we have rehearsed it. And we will also begin traveling to Dallas and other cities for the performances at least twice a month, once our branded partnership is created.
