If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?

You will receive your ticket in the confirmation send out to email you provided. Please bring your digital or printed QR ticket to show at the door.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are transferable, allowing sharing or gifting , but the ticket holder bears sole responsibility for the security of their unique QR code. Each QR code is valid for a single use only; any attempts to duplicate or share it will result in access denial.

What if my QR code is already scanned by someone else?

The event organizers are not liable for theft, loss or unauthorized use of tickets. Keep your QR code confidential to ensure secure experience. By purchasing or accepting a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms.
