Our speaker, Jolene Stokesberry, LMHC, will gently guide you through stories, insights, and practices drawn from over a decade of supporting introverted women. You’ll leave feeling less alone, more grounded, and truly seen.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for introverted women who often feel undervalued, unseen, or emotionally drained—especially those who give so much to others and rarely feel that same energy returned. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home.

Do I have to share personal stories or talk in front of the group?

Not at all. This is a gentle, low-pressure space. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable—no need to speak, perform, or “network.”

What should I bring?

Just yourself. You’re welcome to bring your own notebook if you prefer. We’ll provide handouts, pens, and prompts. Comfortable clothes and a water bottle are also a great idea.

Will this be recorded or shared online?

Yes, this is an intimate in-person gathering focused on privacy, presence, and real-time connection. While the space is meant to feel safe and grounded, please note there may be someone discreetly capturing a few photos or video of the host for future sharing.

Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy—but it can feel therapeutic. The workshop is educational and experiential, guided by Jolene Stokesberry, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor and trainer with over a decade of experience helping introverted women reconnect with their value and voice.
