Description: Technical Skills, Full Day, On Snow and indoor

Lots of filming, lots of watching, lots of connecting the visuals to the sensations.

Experiences:

• Clinic leader will facilitate discussion and reflection on participants current understanding of own performance
• Clinic leader will record participants in various activities and terrain
• Participants will have opportunity to discuss personal awareness of performance
• Participants will have the opportunity to watch videos, analyze, and calibrate sensations to visuals

Learning Outcomes:

By clinic end, the participants will:

• Have clearer understanding and awareness of own personal performance.
• Be able to identify sensations related to performances
• Have a better understanding of what changes they can make to enhance outcomes, or perform the more ideal outcome
