Get out of your head and into your body with this unique approach to mindfulness and nervous system regulation. Through gentle physical movements, you will be guided through 3 rejuvenating activities:

1. Partner physical exercises to activate new muscles in your body. This is a fun ice breaker activity and you can choose your partners.

2. A simple breathing exercise laying down, preparing the body for the gentle Dojo movements after.

3. A 30 minute laying down gentle exercise routine to restore and amplify the mind-body connection to the muscles of your entire body.

It will look like the gentlest yoga class you've ever been to. Afterwards you will feel calmer, centered, and strong.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, there will be a limited amount to borrow on a first come, first serve basis.
