Gary Sorrentino, Global CIO·Zoom

Gary Sorrentino serves as Zoom’s Global CIO after spending over two years as Global Deputy CIO. A former Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, Gary was the Global Head of Client Cyber Awareness and Education.

For over 12 years, Gary was the Chief Technology Officer for J.P. Morgan AWM’s global technology infrastructure initiatives, where he managed its Data Privacy program and was responsible for Infrastructure, Application, and End User Technology Production Support. In 2014, he assumed a new role as the lead for their Cybersecurity efforts and developed a firm-wide “Protect the Client” Cyber program designed to raise cybersecurity awareness among employees and clients.

With almost 40 years of experience in Information Technology, Gary has served in various other IT leadership positions in firms across the financial services industry. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Gary was Head of Global Infrastructure and Head of Technology Efficiencies at Citi Private Bank, where he was responsible for Global Infrastructure Support and strategic technology initiatives. Other roles he has held include Global Technology CFO at Credit Suisse and North America IT Controller at UBS.

Clark Pickett, Principal/Design Director·IA Interior Architects

In his role as Design Director and Principal at IA Interior Architects, Clark Pickett leads and inspires design teams around the globe. Drawing upon his international experience across a variety of sectors, including corporate commercial, healthcare, hospitality, workplace, science, and education, Clark focuses on elevating the human experience through design. Solutions incorporate research and data informing human behavior and needs and blend space, light, movement, materials, and cultural relevance to create exceptional holistic experiences.

An award-winning designer, Clark is passionate about thought leadership, producing content on the power of placemaking and the accelerating evolution of workplace design.

Mark Lorenson, AV Market Manager·Intereum

With over twenty years of experience, Mark is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions and expertise to all customers. Mark has been a constant driver of AV Growth at Intereum since its inception in 2012. His ability to connect with our customers and bring an AV vision to life has helped build Intereum’s Audio Visual program to what it is today. Mark assists in confirming clients’ technical needs, overseeing system designs for the sales team, specifying products, and providing client support from start to finish. His extensive knowledge in audio-visual sales engineering and project management allows Mark to formulate solutions collaboratively and effectively in order to build long-term, meaningful business relationships with clients.
