Can I do this if I have a mortgage?

Can I still live in my home if I do this?

Accepted Answer

A: Sorry No, this strategy ONLY works if you move out. The lease purchase or lease option process allows another person (the tenant/buyer) to move in while paying you a monthly lease payment-giving you income while your mortgage continues to be paid + paying you a hefty Down Payment/Option Payment.

When would I receive the down payment?

A: You’ll receive the down payment/option payment when your new tenant/buyer moves in, (so at "Move In"). That’s usually right at the beginning of the agreement, along with your first monthly lease payment.

Will I make enough to pay my mortgage?

A: Yes! In most cases, the monthly lease payment you receive is designed to cover your mortgage and often give you extra income on top (within reason/market situation). The Course shows you exactly how to calculate this and set up your terms.

Can I make income, meaning an amount over my mortgage payment?

If I did not want to do the work of this, could I pay to have this done?

A: Yes, that option is available (upon Approval). While the course teaches you how to do everything yourself, we also offer professional services where our team can handle the process for you from start to finish for a fee.
