DIY Dried Herb Blends

Celebrate the flavors and scents of fall at Up Top Acres! Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to create your own custom dried herb blend. An Up Top farmer will guide guests through the art of drying herbs and share tips for preserving their flavor and aroma.

Follow our suggested recipes or get creative and mix your own unique combination using herbs from our garden. You’ll also have the chance to harvest fresh herbs to take home and dry yourself.

By the end of the workshop, each guest will leave with their very own personalized herb blend and new skills to bring the garden’s flavors into your kitchen all year long.
