Arizona Divorce Options is a non-profit organized to educate the public about the options around divorce in Arizona. Our workshops move to various areas of the valley for the convenience of our participants. July's class is located in the Gilbert/Mesa/Chandler area.

Can I bring someone?

You may bring a support person or your spouse for one ticket price. Please indicate if you are attending with someone so we can plan our space needs accordingly.

Why do you charge a fee if you are a non-profit?

Our small fee covers the cost of materials and basic organizational expenses. Every legal and financial presenter is a volunteer and every volunteer is a seasoned professional in the area of divorce law or divorce finance. Scholarships available. Please Inquire if needed.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled in and ready to begin. We want to respect everyone's time and will begin as close to 10AM as possible.

Where is the event held?

Our events are held around the valley. July's class will be held in the Chandler/Gilbert area in the conference room of Holewa Financial. We thank Amy Holewa for her support of the mission of DivorceWise Arizona and the donation of her conference room.

How often are classes presented?

Classes will be held once per month on the 4th Saturday. Future online zoom classes and week night classes are in the works, but dates and times for those have not yet been determined. Please sign up to be notified of future events.

Classes are short, yet informative. Information is presented by seasoned and experienced legal and financial professionals who volunteer to share their expertise because they are committed to our mission. DivorceWise Arizona (formerly Arizona Divorce Options) was created in 2024 because divorce is a life changing event, with no "do-overs". If you decide divorce is the option you want to pursue, you want to do this right. Doing research and due diligence in learning about divorce process before you jump in, is often critical to a success resolution and crafting agreements that make sense for your family. Classes are currently held in on the 4th Saturday - originally only in Tempe but starting in June 2024, also in North Scottsdale. Abbreviated lunchtime online/zoom sessions are also in the works. You are welcome anytime during your divorce process from contemplation of options, to seeking resources and providers, to learning more even if you are in the early or middle stages of your divorce.
