Event Refund Policy
Event Cancellation by Chamber
SHCCNJ reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that would make it unviable. If SHCCNJ cancels an event, registrants will be offered full credit for future events. In case of inclement weather and the Chamber decides to cancel an event, it will be posted on the Chamber website and on our social media accounts.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
The deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is two business days (48 hours) after registration for the event.
The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (14) fourteen business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. The attendee or credit card holder must make all refund requests. Refund requests must include the attendee’s name and/or transaction number or Invoice Number.

• SHCCNJ is not responsible for any lost item and/or any item left unattended.
• SHCCNJ cannot provide assistance setting up or breaking down exhibit tables or provide any exhibit management support.
• SHCCNJ equipment such as carts or electronics cannot be borrowed.
• Vendors must plan to arrive with enough time to set up their table before the event starts.
