Join us for a fun-filled evening floating in the pool at Garden City Family YMCA! Bring your floaties, towels, and friends for a unique movie experience. Dive into the pool and enjoy a movie on the big screen. It's the perfect way to relax and have a splashing good time.
Pizza & Drink will be provided.
Price: Includes entry, pizza, drink, special surprises, and FREE admission for one parent per child.

Need something fun for the kids to do for a few hours? Want something interesting and entertaining for the whole family to enjoy on a Friday night? Come sign up for our Dive-In Movie! Instead of driving up in your car, you're going to be splashing into a pool as you watch a movie. Check-in starts ten minutes before 6:00 pm. Every child will receive a free glow stick, and this must be worn the entire time they are in the pool.
There will be inner tubes along with some extra surprises to keep things fun! Limited amount of tubes available, but life jackets, noodles, and more will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own floaties, as long as they don't hinder others viewing experience.
Rules: Children who cannot swim on their own will be required to wear a life jacket. If it is needed, parents will need to be in the pool with them. We recommend those 6 and younger have a parent with them in the pool. If the child's swimming ability, which will be assessed by the lifeguards at the event, is not good enough, they must remain in the shallow end with a parent. Nobody will be allowed to eat pizza then go back in the pool. Once the movie is over, the rest of the time will be used for eating.
*Event is subject to end early based on the length of the movie. The length of this movie is 2 hours & 40 minutes. The last hour is strictly for eating, as some wish to change before eating or may want to take their time. We have no intentions of rushing kids to finish their food.
