In this class you will be learning a routine that explores seductive movements that can be danced anywhere: take it home and practice again and again, save it for a special someone, etc. all levels welcome, knee pads or thigh high socks required.

What do I wear?

Athletic wear (shorts, t-shirts, sports bras), bathing suits, lingerie, or alter ego attire are all welcome! Heels are optional. Knee pads or thigh high socks recommended!

Can men attend?

All genders are more than welcome if they will be participating. No spectators will be permitted into the dance studio, any attendees not participating must wait in the lobby.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, multiple single-use, gender neutral bathrooms are available for changing.

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, clothes, heels are optional, and your amazing self! Everything else you need will be provided.
