Discovery Dinner at 1440: Tao Yin Deep Stretch and Flow

By Events at 1440 Multiversity

Overview

Awaken your body and mind at 1440 with a guided Tao Yin practice, followed by a nourishing seasonal dinner at Kitchen Table

Based on the Taoist tradition, Tao Yin Deep Stretch and Flow offers a rhythmic stretching and balance sequence that is beautifully enhanced by our healing 1440 Multiversity campus. Join 1440 Experience Instructor MaryTheresa Capriles to learn about the restorative art of Tao Yin alongside likehearted community members. Rooted in our Live Well learning pillar, the foundation of this workshop is set through four rounds of a series of stretches, lunges and gentle twists, that build on one another and expand with each round. During this practice, MaryTheresa will guide you to stretch and open every part of your body from head to toe, leaving you feeling awake and more connected to your body and breath.

Following this energizing workshop, participate in a nourishing dinner at Kitchen Table, where the 1440 Culinary Team will share insights about our 1440 Food as Medicine philosophy as you connect with others that participated in our learning workshops.

Discovery Dinners at 1440 are restorative, inspirational and support creating hope for living well in your holistic life.

1440 is a philanthropic campus, and each booking contributes to serving our community by providing scholarships and volunteer services in support of creating hope for living well.
