Mitch Bliven is a Collaboration Designer and the founder of Genius Network Solutions. His passion for unlocking human potential and eliminating the burnout he once experienced is deeply personal. When people do the work they are meant to do they are happier, healthier and more effective.
He operates with Tenacious Wonder, a relentless drive to find solutions to the problems no one else is considering. This is possible because he is continually asking “How can we do this better?” For example, he re-engineered core departmental workflows allowing the team to accomplish the same results in half the time. Mitch founded his company to apply this skill at scale.
Today, Mitch equips leaders to build teams that thrive. He provides practical tools that foster the trust, communication and community necessary for human potential to be fully realized in the modern workplace.
