Who are you as a creative? How do you talk about what you make and why? In this session, you’ll explore how your body, emotions, and language shape your experience as an artist. Using practical coaching tools, we’ll uncover how the stories you tell yourself can either block or support your creative growth.

Objectives:

  • Build trust and community among participants
  • Explore how “who we are as observers” shapes our art and career
  • Understand how body, emotion, and language influence creative confidence

You’ll leave with:

  • A “I am a creative” statement you can use in bios or personally
  • Awareness of how your current identity supports or limits your artistic possibilities
  • Confidence in your maker identity and what matters in your creative life
