During this one-hour event, enjoy two live 15-minute cooking demonstrations featuring Mediterranean favorites, Lentil Soup and Tabouli, each followed by an interactive “Ask the Chef” session with Registered Dietitian and Chef Theresa Mazza.

Learn simple, delicious ways to incorporate more plant-based, nutrient-rich ingredients into your meals, and pick up everything you need right at Zata!
