What would you do with an hour to yourself? This is a micro-retreat for busy people taking care of everyone's needs but their own.

Disconnect to Reconnect is an outdoor activity at a park featuring vegetation and wildlife. The location permits dogs on leashes.

Your ticket includes a connection package and guided facilitation.

Are there restrooms?

The park has restrooms with accessible stalls.

Is there water onsite?

I will provide you an aluminum water bottle and there is a water refill onsite. The city of Hollywood does not allow plastic water bottles or glass.

Is there wildlife or animals?

This park does allow dogs. They need to be leashed. I have seen squirrels, birds and lizards.

What if I need to eat?

You are welcome to bring food as long as you follow the rules about no glass and dispose of items in the waste bins.

Is there a dress code?

I recommend wearing light, comfortable, clothing. You may want to wear pants since there are no see ums. I will provide bug repellent and sunscreen. I suggest sneakers.

What about the weather?

This event will happen rain or shine unless there is a hurricane. There are gazebos but people with reservations have a priority. You may want to bring a poncho and/or umbrella.

If I am supposed to disconnect from my phone, what if there is an emergency?

You can provide my phone number for your family to reach you in case of emergency.
