Overview

Explore how museums build public trust, deepen learning, and create meaningful partnerships with their communities.

Join the American Federation of Arts on December 2 at 11 AM EST at the Wolfsonian in Miami Beach for Director’s Dialogue: Dr. Jill Deupi in Conversation. In this focused program, Pauline Forlenza, AFA Director & CEO, sits down with Dr. Jill Deupi, Beaux Arts Director & Chief Curator of the Lowe Art Museum, to discover how museums strengthen public trust, enrich learning, and cultivate deep connections with their communities. Together, they will discuss exhibitions and programs shaped through collaboration and reflect on how they measure the impact of this work.

This program is free and open to the public with registration.

If you are able, we invite you to make a donation in support of the AFA, so we can continue offering free programs like this to the public.

Public programs are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. These programs are also supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council. We are also grateful for the generous support of Berkley Asset Protection, Huntington T. Block Insurance, Arthur F. and Alice E. Adams Charitable Foundation, and the American Chai Trust.
