Director Connect

Director Connect: Where Leaders Collaborate, Reflect, and Grow is an interactive, director-only meet-and-greet designed for child care and school leaders in Kaufman County and surrounding areas.

This 90-minute experience provides a structured yet welcoming space for directors to reflect on leadership wins and challenges, engage in meaningful peer discussions, and exchange practical strategies for common administrative needs. Through guided reflection and facilitated breakout discussions, participants will connect with peers who understand the responsibilities and realities of leading a program.

Director Connect is not a training or licensing course. Instead, it focuses on collaboration, leadership reflection, and relationship-building in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Attendees will leave encouraged, better connected, and equipped with insights they can apply immediately.

All participants will receive a 1-Hour Business & Leadership Development Credit Certificate recognizing their participation.
