Bring your little ones to meet the one and only Santa Claus himself. Included in the price is a $10 food credit, photos with Santa that you will be free to download 48 hours after the event, crafts, and hot chocolate bar!

Ticket Policy

Ticket Policy:

Thank you for your interest in attending our event! Please carefully read the following ticket policy prior to making your ticket purchase:

1. Ticket Purchase:

Each ticket purchased for the event may include a food credit to be redeemed the night of the event only. In this event, the ticket price includes the allocated food credit amount.

2. Food Credit Redemption:

The food credit can only be redeemed on the night of the event and is non-transferable. Any unused portion of the food credit will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded in cash or credit. Not attending the event will result in forfeiture of both the ticket price and the food credit.

3. Attendance:

Tickets are non-refundable. The food credit will be forfeited if the guest fails to attend the event. No exceptions will be made for circumstances leading to non-attendance.

4. Event Details:

Specific details regarding the event such as date, time, venue and other potential restrictions will be communicated to ticket holder separately.

5. Reservation Time Slots:

Please be aware that reservation time slots are set and cannot be extended. To ensure the event runs smoothly for everyone, each session will wrap up at its listed end time. To respect the families who have purchased tickets for the seating before and after yours, we ask that all guests arrive and depart the event area at their scheduled reservation time.

6. Large Parties

Please note that tickets are purchased individually. As we gear up for our exciting events, we want to bring your attention to a special consideration. Due to restrictions on the size of our dining room, we cannot guarantee seating together for parties larger than four during large events. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these limitations. Our team will do their best to accommodate your group, ensuring you still have a remarkable experience.

7. Ticket Transfers or Resale:

In the event you are unable to make the event and you would like to transfer the tickets to a friend, please contact the restaurant to notify them of the changes with three days notice. Food credits will not be honored unless guest has a valid ticket.

8. Photo Release

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Your attendance grants us permission to use your likeness in any media, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
