Welcome to the Redmond Cookbook Club! Once a month we cook a cookbook together, potluck-style. This month's book is all about cooking classic home-style and restaurant-style Asian dishes with a Wok.
Tuesday, Oct 21st is our monthly dinner party. We each cook a recipe we've chosen from the book and bring it to share (don't forget serving utensils!).
How to choose a recipe? Join us at the planning happy hour for first pick (always the Tuesday prior from 4:30-5:30p), or after that has passed, choose one from our handy-dandy Google Sheet (the link will be in your confirmation email, but recipes are not posted until after the planning Happy Hour).
