Will we be blindfolded for the entire night?

Blindfolds are a key part of this experience, however we understand that you may not want to keep them on for the entire night. The intention is to put them on prior to each course, and keep them in place for at least the first few bites to truly capture the sensory experience of Dining in the Dark.

Are we able to do the tasting menu without the cocktail pairings?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There are two ticket options - 5 courses with paired cocktails ($110) or 5 courses only without any alcoholic/soft drinks ($90).

How long is the experience?

Accepted Answer

Each 5 course tasting experience is designed for 1.5 hours. There will be seatings at 6:30pm, 8:00pm, and 9:30pm.

Will we see the menu ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

The menu will remain a surprise until the night of the event. After the first few bites of each course you're welcome to remove your blindfold, and at that time will be able to see the dish as well as it's written description.

What if I have an allergy?

Please contact us after purchasing your tickets if you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, so that we can alter your menu accordingly.
