Join Chef Bobby Howell of Hosted by Howell for an intimate chef-curated dinner at Winsor Deli. Enjoy a seasonal, multi-course menu in partnership with Yes, Chef! Behind the Apron™, where every ticket directly supports chef wellness programs and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Menu Highlights
- Prosciutto-wrapped fig, whipped ricotta, balsamic reduction
- Fall harvest salad with chèvre and cider vinaigrette
- Choice of Braised Short Rib (red wine demi) or Pan-Seared Salmon (lemon beurre blanc)
- Truffle-whipped potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts
- Cheesecake mousse with autumn berry gelée
Tickets are $125 per guest (all-inclusive), with $25 from every ticket donated to the cause. Seating is limited to 24–30 guests for this one-night-only event.
