What is the significance of Dumplings?
Dim Sum direct translation is "touching heart". This is a tradition from the southern China when we "yum cha" drink tea in a teahouse/restaurant, while enjoying a great variety of small bite-sized dishes made with love and care that touches your heart! Some people might say is the Chinese tapas!
