Mae model Cynllunio Lle yn offeryn ymgysylltu sy’n rhoi trosolwg clir a chynhwysfawr o gymunedau mewn ardal ddaearyddol. Mae’n galluogi’r rhai sy’n dymuno ymgynghori â chymunedau â’r dulliau a’r offer i alinio datblygiad gwasanaethau a gwariant cyhoeddus yn y dyfodol â’r anghenion gwirioneddol a nodwyd, tra’n amlygu gorgyffwrdd a chysylltiadau rhwng gwasanaethau hanfodol megis gwasanaethau cymdeithasol a thrafnidiaeth gyhoeddus, neu wasanaethau hamdden a’r amgylchedd.

Mae Cynllunio Lle yn ddull strategol allweddol o fewn y Cyngor a chaiff ei ddarparu drwy ddull partneriaeth rhwng y Cyngor a Medrwn Môn.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn arddangos gwaith y 9 Cynghrair sy'n gweithredu ar hyn o bryd. Bydd yn rhoi cyfle i aelodau’r Cynghreiriau ddeall gwaith y meysydd eraill, rhannu enghreifftiau o arfer da ac amlygu unrhyw rwystrau y maent wedi’u hwynebu.

Mae'r digwyddiad hefyd yn agored i'r rhai sy'n byw ac yn gweithio mewn ardaloedd lle nad oes Cynghrair wedi'i sefydlu eto i ddarganfod sut mae'r broses yn gweithio ac i ofyn cwestiynau i'r rhai sydd wedi bod yn rhan o Gynghreiriau am eu profiadau.

The Place Shaping Model is an engagement tool that provides a clear and comprehensive overview of communities in a geographical area. It enables those wishing to consult with communities the means and tools to align future service development and public spending with the real identified needs, whilst highlighting crossover and connections between vital services such as social services and public transport, or leisure services and the environment.

Place Shaping is a key strategic approach within the Council and is delivered via a partnership approach between the Council and Medrwn Môn.

This event will showcase the work of the 9 Alliances operating at the moment. It will provide an opportunity for members of the Alliances to understand the work of the other areas, share examples of good practice and highlight any barriers that they have faced.

The event is also open to those who live and work in areas where an Alliance has yet to be set up to find out how the process works and to ask questions to those who have been involved in Alliances about their experiences.
