We have reserved the Bardot function room for this activity.

Is parking available?

We have reserved free parking, but this is available at a first come, first served basis.

Snacks, coffee, and dinner will be provided for the event.

Dinner will be available after the main program of the event, between 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

After the main program at 5 PM, an after party/ socials night will take place at The Edge Skyview Bar on the roof deck of ibis Styles hotel.
