In today’s hyper-connected world, constant exposure to screens and digital demands can lead to stress, burnout, and reduced focus. This workshop helps participants recognize the signs of technology overload and explore practical strategies for creating healthier digital habits.
Objective:
- Understand the psychological and physical impacts of excessive screen time
- Learn how to set boundaries with devices and social media
This session empowers individuals to take control of their tech habits and restore balance in their daily lives.
- Explore mindfulness techniques to stay present and reduce digital fatigue
- Discover tools for balancing productivity with intentional tech use
