DIDGERIDOO CHAKRA CLEARING MEDITATION

The workshop begins with a brief overview of the chakras, providing insight into their qualities and how they influence ones well being. It is followed by a transformative 50+ minute sound journey. As you focus awareness on each energy center, Joseph will create a harmonious and clearing vibrational field by playing digeridoos tuned to specific keys of the chakras supported by himilayan singing bowls, creating a harmonious and clearing vibrational field. The workshop concludes with an opportunity for reflections , questions and discussion.
