Format: Ranked - Bring 3, Ban 1
Bring 3, Ban 1 is a high stakes 1v1 tournament format. At the start of each match, there will be two separate die rolls to determine the first player to ban as well as first player of the match.
1. Determine Who Bans A Hero First
Each player rolls a die. Highest wins. Winner of the die roll can: Be the first or second player to ban 1 of their opponents 3 characters.
2. Determine First Player
Roll again. Highest wins. Winner of the die roll can:
Choose to be the first player, and choose your hero first.
OR
Choose to be the second player and choose your hero after the first player has selected their hero.

Ranked Play will use Swiss format. Players earn points based on their performance each round.
Win - 3 points
Tie - 1 point
Loss - 0 points
Bye - 3 points
Event will run a number of rounds based on total number of players. (if less than 32 players event will be four rounds otherwise it'll be five rounds).
Each round will last 30 minutes for the above format.
Time: Event check-in will start at Noon. Event start will be 12:30 PM.
Cost: $10 Pre-Registrations / $15 day of event registration
Prizes: Promos provided based on the round in the current Age. Participation promos are limited to the first 32 players to register for the event.
Based on participation other prizes may be included in the Event.

Tournament Player Requirements:
Must be at least 10 years old. If between the 10-15 years old, a guardian must be present during the tournament (subject to local game store rules).
Players must bring their own heroes to Dice Throne events.
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
- Promo and Mythic cards will not be allowed, so please take the time to remove any Promo and/or Mythic cards from your selected heroes before the tournament.
- Verify you have tournament allowed heroes and updated leaflets.
- Ensure that all hero decks include only the standard cards for that hero, matching the number of cards listed on their leaflet. Duplicates of cards will not be allowed.
- Remove Buh, Bye! from character decks.
