Dialogic workshop with “The Words of Suiten” cards by Ecological Memes

How might we restore right relationship with ourselves, others and interconnected natural ecosystems? How might we reweave our daily lives and business practices in tune with the rhythm of life?

Suiten no Kotoba (The Words of Suiten) are practical wisdom rooted in nature and ecosystem that has emerged through Ecological Memes’ wide range of explorations from ecology to eastern philosophy, going beyond dualism and colonialism.

At this workshop, by using the Suiten no Kotoba Cards as inspirations from new perspectives, participants deepen dialogue about inner values and beings that they would like to cherish, and together explore behaviors and mindsets that are needed in the era of regeneration and co-thrivability.

A Special Guest from Japan, Yasuhiro Kobayashi will be leading the dialogue.

Yasuhiro Kobayashi is the Founder of Ecological Memes, Co-Founder of Regenerative Leadership Japan, Founder of Regenerative Community Farming KASUKABE noen, and a Eco-systemic Catalyst and Regenerative Facilitator.

Ecological Memes is a cross-disciplinary collective of researchers and practitioners that explore human-nature inter-relationality beyond dualistic, mechanistic and siloed perspectives. After engaging in creating a mission-driven community for social entrepreneurs, Yasuhiro has supported new business creation, purpose design, leadership cultivation and organizational transformation for companies across industries towards a co-thriving future. He also runs a community farm of regenerative agriculture in the urban area of Tokyo, Japan. Specialized in co-creative facilitation, art of hosting, vision design, and authentic leadership approach that integrates inner and outer living systems, he creates regenerative flow and conditions for emergence and catalyze transformation at individual, organizational and eco-systemic level. He is a Japanese Translator of Regenerative Leadership (Hutchins & Storm, 2019) and a co-founder of Regenerative Leadership Japan. “Flowing like clouds and water as it is (行雲流水)” is his motto.
