This workshop provides a basic understanding of Dialectical Behavior Skills. DBT was originally developed by Marsha Linehan for clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT skills are currently accepted as an evidence-based practice for a wide range of disorders and can be used with many clients, as well as in our own lives as clinicians, to help build “a life worth living,” as Linehan says. This workshop offers an overview of the skills and key components of DBT.
