This Día de los Muertos, Bloom & Bee at The Post Oak Hotel invites you to an intimate evening of remembrance and celebration with an exclusive six-course Clase Azul paired dinner.

Each course is thoughtfully crafted to honor Mexico’s culinary heritage, from Smoked Scallops with Pipián Verde to 12-hour Beef Barbacoa on Blue Corn Tortillas, Oak-roasted Chicken with Mole Rojo, and a decadent Roasted Corn Mousse with Cacao and Chile Chipotle.

Elevated by six rare expressions of Clase Azul Tequila and Mezcal, this chef-curated menu is a tribute to tradition, artistry, and flavor.

With only 20 seats available, it promises to be a night of culture, cuisine, and connection.
