General Manager Melanie Vianes will once again share her coveted family recipe while demonstrating and discussing the importance of the holiday, ingredent purchasing, masa preparation, husk preparation, meat preparation, filling and making the tamales, steaming for the final tamale.

Hands on tamale making will follow with take home tamales. Snacks, refreshments will be provided & cocktails available for purchase. This class has sold out in the past, get registered today!
