Join us for a calm and grounding virtual silent meditation!

Dhyan Vimal’s silent meditation offers you a held space to gently encounter what exists there by just being silent with you. In the silence, you can come back to who you really are. Unaffected by the outside world, free of influence, you wake up to the best of what you can be.

During this live session, you will:

  • Be guided through a breathing exercise by a facilitator

  • Learn about the ABC Technique that helps you to be present

  • Watch a short video lecture by Dhyan Vimal

  • Enter a 15-minute silent sitting

We will end the session in an energized state with some celebration music!

How to join?

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for the Meditation. We recommend you to join from a computer in a quiet space where you can be with you. Download the Zoom plugin in advance, and log in a few minutes earlier to settle in.

Make sure that you have access to a computer or laptop as well as a reliable internet connection. To ensure a smooth entry into the live session, please join a test meeting of Zoom the day before to confirm your internet connection, microphone and webcam are functioning properly. You can do so here:

Can I join from a mobile phone or an iPad?

Joining from a mobile device will limit certain video views. If this is the only option for you, please set it up before the session by downloading the Zoom app on your device, then open the same link on your mobile to proceed with the testing.
