What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration includes all workshop materials, hands-on training sessions, refreshments during the workshop, and a certificate of completion. If you are attending a 3 day workshop a game night is also included.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

• For cancellations more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.• For cancellations 10-30 days before the event: Credit toward future Mathodology workshop minus a $50 cancellation fee.• For cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Can we substitute a participant?

Participant substitutions are permitted up to 7 days before the event. To request a substitution, please email support@mathodology.com at least seven business days before the training program date.

What is arrival time?

Registration opens at 7:30 AM on the first day. We recommend arriving by 8:00 AM to get settled before our 8:30 AM start time. Each workshop runs from 8:30 AM-3:00 PM with a 1.5 hour lunch break.

What should I bring?

• A light jacket (room temperatures can vary)
• A laptop or tablet
• Notepad and pen
• Any specific materials mentioned in your confirmation email

Will meals be provided?

Meals are not provided. A lunch block between 12:00-1:15 PM .

Will I receive professional development credits?

We'll provide a certificate with documentation of course name and hours upon completion of the workshop.
