She has spearheaded 100+ global digital transformation projects at Fortune 100 companies like GE and Oracle, and serves as CTO advisor for SustainChain, a UN-backed sustainability startup.

A recognized keynote speaker, blogger, and AI thought leader, Swathi is currently leading generative AI implementation for local government and fintech, led AI-driven lung cancer research, and developed Amtrak’s engineering systems. She co-authored the Ethical AI Framework to help federal agencies evaluate AI impact.
