This fast-paced motorcoach tour will spotlight residential and mixed-use development opportunities in Allegan and Ottawa Counties. You'll gain insights into sites ripe for residential development and emerging mixed-use development, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at recent wins, touring sites currently under development for a well-rounded look at the region’s potential for community and economic expansion.

Real estate developers, construction firms, and related industry professionals will leave with an understanding of the possibilities in several Lakeshore region communities, as well as connections with real estate development industry professionals and experts.

This tour will kick off with a bloody mary bar at Lakeshore Advantage's Next Center in downtown Holland and return there at the end of the day.

This event is hosted in partnership with the Allegan County Community Foundation.

Attendees are required to wear long pants and sturdy, close-toed shoes.
