About this event

This fast-paced Developer Day tour will spotlight residential development opportunities across Allegan County, showcasing sites primed for housing growth. Attendees will also gain insight into select emerging industrial development sites in Allegan and Ottawa Counties, offering a well-rounded look at the region’s potential for community and economic expansion.

Real estate developers, construction firms, and related industry professionals will leave with an understanding of the possibilities in four Lakeshore region communities, as well as connections with real estate development industry professionals and experts.
