This workshop is about remembering how to live with joy and ease, how to bring self-care into your everyday life without costing a fortune in time or money, going back to basics, stepping out of the busyness, slowing down, listening to and trusting your sweet inner wisdom.
This workshop is particularly good for those who have busy lives or feel like life has gotten out of balance and for those who find stillness hard. The energy-releasing movements and breathwork exercises at the beginning help the body and mind to down-regulate so that you can really relax, rebalance, and reassess during the longer restorative poses. There are so many wonderful tools to experience and
Jess, a trauma-informed yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge brings her insight into this area of wellbeing. This workshop will have a mix of styles of gentle yoga, breathwork, and energy-releasing movements; using props, sensory tools, self-massage, inspirational quotes & guided meditation, ending with longer restorative poses.
